Ciment de Sibline sal is seeking a very proactive and extremely detail-oriented female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO and handle daily organizational and administrative duties in the CEO office.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO in the timely management of communication, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
  • Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
  • Prepare Meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain office conditions and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Manage office budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with administrative units as the main SAP user for admin.
  • Conduct research for certain projects as requested.



Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, or any related field.
  • Proven track of successful experience of at least 5 years within medium sized to large companies in Lebanon or abroad.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
  • Presentable, serious, patient, and hardworking. Strong yet pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Excellent correspondence and typing skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented and well – organized with a strong sense of initiative and follow-up.
  • Creative problem solving and ability to cope with pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in accordance with stated deadlines.
  • Previous experience in handling travel arrangements.
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents.
  • Ability to speak effectively among executives, clients, customers, and employees.
  • Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Demonstrate highest level of ethics, discretion, and excellent judgement
